TICKETS & PASS OUTS 

 

How do I purchase tickets to The Lost Lands?

Via this website, or at the entry to the festival (unless sold out prior). Sign up to our newsletter for ticket updates.

 

Can I come to the festival without a parent or guardian if I’m under 18?

Persons under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

How much are tickets?

Pre-Launch Tickets are on sale now! Visit our ticketing page for more details.

 

Is camping included with my festival ticket?

Camping is included ONLY when you purchase a 2 day or 3 day WITH Camping. There is no camping charge for children under 2 and under.

 

My friend is now using my ticket – do I have to get the name changed?

No, tickets are not named, however the person using the ticket will still need to carry identification to prove they are 18+ (if using an adult ticket).

 

Are there pass outs?

You will be given a wristband upon arrival, and this wristband will allow you to enter and exit the festival, and pass between the main arena and the campground. Please ensure your wristband remains on your wrist throughout the duration of the event, as you will not be permitted into the festival without it. 

 

Where are my tickets?

FESTIVAL

 

What times do gates open for the festival?

Friday 1 November: Little Big Top area opens at 6pm for evening program.

Saturday 2 November: Festival Main Gates Open 8am, program starts 11am.

Sunday 3 November: Festival Main Gates Open 7am, program starts 8am.

 

What times does the campground open?

Friday 1 November: Campgrounds open 3pm and close Monday 4 November at 2pm.

There is no movement of cars in the campground after 10pm, so if you’re arriving Friday night, make sure you arrive before 10pm. See our Camping FAQ for more information.

 

Is there a map and festival program?

Yes, you can download it closer to the date.

 

What kinds of kids activities are at The Lost Lands?

The Lost Lands caters for adults and kids in equal measure. For the kids, we have HEAPS of fun stuff to experience including kids theatre, music and comedy shows, interactive craft stations, face painting and even our own mock horse race, The Lost Lands Derby! There is a huge amount of entertainment for children aged 3+.

 

Are there baby-changing amenities?

Yes, there are baby rooms both inside the festival and in the campgrounds. The baby rooms contain a microwave for heating bottles and change tables.

 

Can I charge my phone?

Yes, there will be a phone charging station on site.

 

I lost my child… help!

If your child has wandered off, you should tell a festival staff member (there’ll be plenty around) or visit the Information Tent. We recommend establishing a meeting point or ‘home base’ with your kids on arrival in case you get separated, as well as writing your phone number on your child’s arm or picking up a name bracelet from the Information tent.

 

I lost my phone/camera/wallet… Is there Lost Property?

Any items found by festival staff will be handed in to the Information Tent. We also encourage anyone who finds lost property to do the same.

 

What time does the music end?

The music on the main stage ends at approximately 9pm each night.

 

Are there ATM’s on site?

Yes, but we recommend bringing cash for the weekend as the ATM’s may be in high demand.

 

Is The Lost Lands a wheelchair accessible event?

TLL2019 is a wheelchair accessible venue with accessible toilets available on the main event site. Pathways provide access to Werribee Mansion. Music stages, food stalls and camping areas are located on Werribee Park’s flat, grassy parkland. Like any outdoor, all weather event, parkland can become muddy after rainfall so please prepare accordingly.

 

Disabled parking will be set aside for eligible patrons close to the site entrance. 

 

The Lost Lands supports Companion Card. Where a cardholder has purchased a festival ticket and carries a valid current Companion Card, we issue a wristband to both the cardholder and the companion. Please take your ticket to the Ticket Exchange Tent when you arrive at the Festival to receive your wristband, and please present your valid Companion Card to our Ticket Exchange Tent volunteers to receive a wristband for your companion at no charge. All Festival attendees must wear a wristband for entry to the Festival.

PARKING

 

Is there parking at the festival?

There is free parking provided for those with a day pass. For those who are camping, you can park your car next to your campsite in the campground.

FOOD & ALCOHOL

 

Is there food on site and can I bring my own?

Yes, there will be a wide array of delicious food trucks and stalls at The Lost Lands. You are able to bring in food you require (e.g. for those with allergies, or baby food) but we encourage you to try some of the great food we’ve curated for you!

 

Is there alcohol on site and can I bring my own?

There are bars within the main arena serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. BYO alcohol is not permitted in the main arena, however BYO alcohol is permitted in the camping ground.

 

Can I bring glass (e.g. alcohol in bottles) into the campground?

No, there is a strict NO GLASS policy in the campgrounds. The paddock is used by horses and other animals so please remember to bring cans and reusable bottles only.

 

Where can I buy food?

Food stalls are located in front of The Mansion, this area will be open Friday night (times to be confirmed) and 7am-10pm Saturday and Sunday. 

 

Is there food in the campground?

There is a coffee and food stall in the campground, but we also recommend you bring snacks and any other food you require (e.g. baby food, food for those with allergies).

 

Will there be vegetarian and vegan options?

Yes, there will be!

Does our Mansion booking include a festival pass?

Booking accommodation through the Werribee Park Mansion Hotel does not include a festival pass. You will need to purchase your tickets separately.

 

How can I book a suite at The Mansion?

For bookings and more information, please call The Mansion directly on 03 9731 4000 (website bookings cannot be taken until 365 days from event).
