At The Lost Lands we believe that music, the arts, and the environment are extremely important; and to foster a love of these things through shared experiences for future generations is an important and exciting prospect. It’s all about having a great time together and immersing yourself in music, the arts and nature – getting lost in the moment, for a whole weekend.

CAMPING FAQ

 

Below are answers to some of the most common camping questions we get asked… if you’re unable to find the answer to your question please contact us.

What time does the campground open?

The campgrounds open at 8am Saturday and close at 4pm Monday.

 

Can I camp with my friends?

Yes but make sure you arrive with your friends in convoy – you can’t drive around the campsite looking for them.

 

Can I reserve camping space for friends?

No – make sure you arrive with your friends.

 

Can I camp next to my car?

Yes you can. You will be directed to park in the campground at which point you set up camp alongside your car.

 

Can I leave at any time?

Yes you can. Do not drive over 5km in the campgrounds - There are small people everywhere. TAC are offering free breath tests throughout the event, located on site and in the carpark.

 

Can I bring a caravan / RV?

We happily welcome all campers and RVs; but it’s important to note that there’s no access to power or plumbed water facilities for campers, caravans and RVs. Caravans can stay attached to your car.

 

Are there drinking water taps in the campground?

Yes, there are drinking water taps for you to fill bottles etc.

 

Will there be coffee / snacks in campground?

There will be a coffee and food stall in the campground.

 

Can I buy ice in the campgrounds?

Yes ice will be available.

 

Can I light a fire?

No, fires are strictly not allowed.

 

Can I cook with gas?

Yes, gas bottles are permitted in the campgrounds.

 

Can I bring a BBQ?

No, but there are 3 BBQ’s near the campground that patrons can use.

 

Will there be a phone charging station?

Yes there is a paid phone charging station in the campgrounds.

 

Can I bring a dog/cat/gruffalo?

No, best to leave your furry friends at home for this one.

 

What are the Campground Amenities?

Showers: We have showers on site – please keep showers short and sweet.

Toilets: There are toilets in the campground.

Baby Room: There is a baby room with a microwave and change table.

Drinking Water: There are drinking water taps.
