TIM FINN

Tim FinnTim Finn is one of the new century’s great classicists, from his early work with pop pioneers Split Enz and Crowded House, to his successful solo career.

Formed in 1972, Split Enz played eclectic music ranging from rock, pop, swing and punk to 80’s new wave. Band members included Tim, Phil Judd and later his brother Neil Finn. Many will remember Split Enz for their distinctive hairstyles, makeup and costumes. Finn is responsible for some of the most treasured and loved songs, from ‘Six Months In A Leaky Boat’, ‘I See Red’ and ‘I Hope I Never’ to his solo hit ‘Fraction Too Much Friction’.

Tim later performed alongside his brother Neil Finn in Crowded House. He added several tracks to the band’s debut album and co-wrote songs for the acclaimed album Woodface, including ‘Weather with You’, ‘It’s Only Natural’ and ‘Chocolate Cake.’ Finn’s collaborative spirit and willingness to push his musical limits has seen his career span four decades. He’s still hungry to create, perform and share his art with others.

Tim later performed alongside his brother Neil Finn in Crowded House. He added several tracks to the band’s first album and wrote songs for their next album Woodface, including ‘Four Seasons in One Day’ and ‘Weather with You’.

This will be a very special performance by a great poet. Share it with your loved ones at The Lost Lands!
